Sage is used to cleanse and release negative energy. Singing Bowls clear objects, like crystals from previous energy as well as raise vibrational frequencies. Crystals are one of Mother Earth's many gifts and can be used in a myriad of ways which we will explore and discuss. This class is intended as an introduction to the many options available as well as a "how to" get started. Your own bundle of sage and three crystals are included in class fee.
